Service Scope and Eligibility

VPNUW provides access to international routes, network acceleration, subscription configurations, and related user-panel features to improve connectivity for cross-border access and international websites. Route coverage, available regions, protocol support, and client compatibility are based on the information shown on the website and in the user panel.

The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Connection results may be affected by the operating system, network operator, access location, and technical policies of the destination service. Users should follow the guides to complete setup and keep their account credentials and subscription details secure.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must create and protect reliable login credentials and are responsible for plan activation, configuration retrieval, and activity carried out through their account. If credentials or a subscription link may have been exposed, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but the account, password, and subscription link are for the account holder and devices managed by that person only. Selling, renting out, or transferring a subscription is prohibited. Accounts and subscription links must not be publicly posted or distributed in bulk, or shared with unrelated third parties on an ongoing basis. If public distribution causes abnormal connections, resource abuse, or service risks, VPNUW may restrict the relevant subscription or suspend the account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when a plan is upgraded, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan name, traffic allowance, and order details before confirming an operation.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and independently confirm the rules governing cross-border access, data transmission, and use of destination services. The service must not be used to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Users must not use the service for automated abuse, malicious consumption of route resources, or activity that affects other users’ normal connections. For conduct presenting clear risks, supported by a valid complaint, or requiring action by law, VPNUW may restrict routes, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNUW may adjust access methods based on route maintenance, network conditions, and technical requirements. Connection quality may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, destination website policies, system upgrades, and events beyond reasonable control. Accordingly, VPNUW does not guarantee continuous access to any particular region, route, or website.

Some features may be temporarily adjusted for scheduled maintenance, unexpected faults, or security response. VPNUW will restore service within a reasonable scope and provide available troubleshooting guidance. Indirect losses arising from incorrect user configuration, improper credential handling, changes to third-party services, or causes beyond reasonable control are the user’s responsibility based on the circumstances.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund may be requested within 60 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Submit the request through a user-panel ticket so the relevant order and payment can be verified. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel; the time it takes to appear in your account is determined by the payment provider.

Users may stop using the service at any time. If a user resells a subscription, publicly shares credentials, uses the service unlawfully, attacks network facilities, disrupts other users’ connections, or attempts to bypass normal billing procedures, VPNUW may restrict features, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct, service risks, and applicable requirements.

Changes to These Terms

VPNUW may update these terms when needed because of service features, operating procedures, legal requirements, or risk controls. Updated content will be published on this page with the month of the latest update. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you disagree with a change, stop using the service.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the rules governing use of the service.
